Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu condemned the Israeli strike on Gaza and criticized the indifferent approcah of the United Nations towards the conflict.

Israel had conducted innumerable attacks on Gaza in the past as well putting the population there in an inhuman  situation.

Davutoğlu spoke during his stay in Djibouti for a meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and was reported to comment as follows:

“Israel has shown its aggressiveness once again. We will mobilize the international community to condemn the attack.

Unfortunately, Israel has shown its aggression once again. Israel’s lawlessness both undermines the region’s security and stability, and threatens the people of Gaza, who are living in an open prison. We will make initiatives today for the condemnation of Israel both by the OIC and international institutions”.

He did not fail to point to the incidents in the region and said Israel’s attitude made everything worse.

Davutoğlu also referred to the United Nation’s incapacity to handle the issue
